After thinking and thinking and talking to Gary about the book, I decided to use his talent and make it into a 'children's book' and try to keep the same story line and make a nice book for them. So in a week we did Nicole's book - the drawing and painting. It took me a while to make certain changes on the drawings, to arrange them in Photoshop and to make them look the way they do now, but after a while I was happy with the results and we decided to go ahead and start Ryan's book... which was a little harder as Ryan's had only 3 pages.
However, Ryan told me the story while flipping the pages and we came up with some more drawings and his book came to life as well.
Here are the photos, drawings and the finished books.
Gary's drawing plus a lil help from Photoshop by Noe :)

Gary's magic touch at drawing and Noe's photoshop ability LOL :)
After it was done it took us about 2 months to come up with a way to make it look like a 'real book'. We wanted to do photobook, or photo album.
In the end I chose shutterfly to make the books. It was a lil expensive, but it was our first books and they were for 2 kids we love. I don't think the quality of the photos are ok, but I didn't have the energy to change anything or retouch them.
At the end of both books I included some funny pictures of each of them and the last page has a picture of me and Nicole/Ryan.
